- Structural Evaluations: Performance issues (e.g. deflections, cladding evaluation, floor vibrations); floor or roof live load evaluations; change of occupancy assessments.
- Seismic Assessments: Seismic evaluations per ASCE 41, Probable Maximum Loss (PML), current code-based evaluations, and seismic risk management. Sample reports available upon request.
- Property Condition Assessments: Walk-through surveys and reports that identify conspicuous deficiencies and items of deferred maintenance; per ASTM E2018 and SEI/ASCE 11 – Guidelines for Structural Condition Assessment of Existing Buildings. Sample reports available upon request.
