At the reins of the Veritas Structural crew is Eric Packer who believes that all team members contribute equally to the desired end product.

Licensed as a PE and/or SE in nearly 20 states, Eric has 20+ years of structural design experience including work on commercial, residential, government, healthcare, education, religious and mixed-use projects. Eric also has extensive experience with seismic design of buildings and seismic evaluations. Many of his projects have included the design of retaining structures (concrete & masonry cantilevered and restrained walls, steel pile & lagging retaining walls, and mass retaining walls).  He also has experience with deep foundations involving the use of driven piles, grade beams on concrete piers, rammed earth aggregate piers, and micropiles.

When he isn’t working, Eric spends much of his time with an amazing wife and four children.  He serves as a youth soccer coach and enjoys running, soccer, hiking, camping, backpacking, and studying history.
